Compact and Portable
It's compact, cute and of course - portable.
Multiple Alerts
Battery Low Alert: Sends app alert when the devices battery power gets low.
Geo-Fence In/Out Alert: Sends app alert when device enters or leaves specified areas. Fully customisable.
Over Speed Alert: Sends app alert when a pre-set speed is exceeded. Could be useful in the event someone steals your pet.
All alerts are logged and app notifications can be turned on or off individually as desired.
Sound and Light Alarms
The device can sound an audible 'beep' and flash an LED for close proximity locating of pets in hard-to-find places.
Internal Battery
Has an in-built rechargeable battery that can last around 4 days of normal use. More active pets may drain the battery faster. The real-time battery power level can be easily monitored in the app.
IP67 Waterproof
The device is water-resistant up to a depth of about one metre, for up to 30 minutes.

All of our devices have built-in batteries to help ensure they are on when you need them.
Private Data - Where Is It Saved ?
All user, location and drive data is securely saved on the GPS devices own internal memory. Nothing is stored in the Cloud!
3G GPS Tracker ? Waste Of Money !
3G GPS Trackers are much cheaper and will work for now, but 3G is currently being phased out - so trackers that only support 3G will not work much longer. Not to mention the 4G network has better coverage!
Ongoing Fees ?
There are absolutely no ongoing fees or charges. The device is sold outright and has zero ongoing subscription fees. Simply purchase your own SIM card, which gives you the freedom to change phone provider or plan at any time.
SIM Card - Which One ?
Any mobile phone providers SIM card will work, as long as it supports 3G/4G.
Plan - Which Is Best ?
We recommend "long life" credit plans, where the expiry time can be up to 365 days. Most mobile phone providers have similar plans available. We recommend the Telstra Long Life Plus Pre-paid Plan which costs around $70 for 365 days.

The eliteOne uses:
Data to track your vehicle - average amount used per month is 60-70MB
Credit to send SMS Alert Notifications to users mobile phone (Alerts can be disabled) - 20c per SMS, on average 4 per month

We give 24 months warranty on all hardware from the date of purchase.
Updates ?
All future fixes and upgrades are free and done automatically over-the-air. No painful manual updates and no more outdated devices.

The app has an in-built help section that can answer many questions, plus we also have an SMS Helpline where you can SMS "GPS Help" to 0483939032 for Device Technical Support.

Insurance, Tracking + Lost and Damaged Items
Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives undamaged, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit.
Orders sent with Free postage as a Letter have no insurance or tracking. The buyer is liable for all lost or damaged items.
Orders sent as Regular and Express Parcels include tracking and insurance. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the buyer once order(s) are fulfilled. In the event of loss or damage, the seller will work with shipping couriers to recover and/or replace the products.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns Accepted within 30 days of Purchase
Products must be in the same condition as when sold and have original purchase receipt. Please contact us to arrange.
Faulty / Not As Described
If a buyer wishes to return products due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded in full.
Wrong Choice / Change Of Mind
If a buyer wishes to return products for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs will NOT be refunded, plus there is a return fee of 10% per product. For example: $29 product that costs $10 to post. ($29 - $10 postage - $2.9 restocking fee). Buyer will get a $24.10 refund once item is returned at the BUYERS COST.
