HOLDCOM AUTO PARTS IS LOOKING TO EXPAND INTO VEHICLE SERVICING & WORKSHOP SERVICES — AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO JOIN US!

Are you an automotive professional or Holden Commodore enthusiast looking to turn your skills and passion into a job?

HoldCom Auto Parts is growing. Alongside our established automotive parts business, we’re looking to expand into vehicle servicing, repairs, installations and other automotive services from a larger premises near Maddington, Western Australia.

We’re looking for at least one new team member now, but we’re also very interested in hearing from skilled people who could become part of our expanding workshop team.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM:

  • Mechanics
  • Auto Electricians
  • Automotive Technicians
  • Window Tinters
  • Detailers
  • Panel Beaters / Body Repairers
  • Automotive Painters
  • Automotive Glaziers
  • Accessory / Parts Installers
  • People with strong Holden Commodore or automotive parts knowledge
  • We also need a team member to do Photography / Social Media / Marketing

If you have genuine automotive skills or experience that could add something to our business, we’d like to hear from you.

PLEASE NOTE

Applicants MUST have genuine knowledge, skills or experience relevant to the automotive industry and/or Holden Commodores.

You don’t necessarily need to be a qualified mechanic — but you do need to know cars. Please do not apply if you have no relevant automotive knowledge or experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Depending on your skills and experience, duties may include:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting customers in-store and online
  • In-store and phone sales
  • Processing returns and helping customers find the correct parts
  • Learning and providing information about our broad range of automotive products
  • Stock handling and warehouse duties
  • Picking, packing and order fulfilment
  • Installation of parts and accessories we sell
  • Vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Diagnostics and repairs
  • Auto electrical work
  • Other workshop services relevant to your skills and experience

We don’t expect one person to do everything above. The role can be shaped around the skills and experience of the right person.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal person will be:

Punctual, reliable and hardworking
Genuinely interested in cars and the automotive industry
Knowledgeable about Holden Commodores and/or experienced in an automotive trade
A quick learner with good communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Good with computers and technology
Someone who takes pride in their work

WHAT WE OFFER

We’re a growing, independent automotive business with a relaxed and supportive working environment. We take the business and our customers seriously, but we also want HoldCom to be an enjoyable place to work.

Pay is above minimum wage and will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience, knowledge and the role you can bring to the business.

Positions may initially be casual or part-time, with the opportunity for increased hours and full-time employment as we expand our workshop operations.
