The BLACKBOX PRO is our premium GPS Vehicle Tracking System and a Dual Camera Dash Cam all in one! It features Live Video Streaming, Two-way Intercom, Internal Backup Battery, App Notifications, Remote Shutdown, Multiple Vehicle Support and more.
The BLACKBOX PRO operates on all 4G Networks worldwide, and can be monitored in real-time via Mobile Phone apps (Android + iOS) and Online via Web Browser.
Professional installation is recommended.

F.A.Q.
iPhone Compatibility ?
iPhone 5s and upwards are compatible with the device.
Android Compatibility ?
Basically all Android phones are compatible, except some much older models.
Internal Battery ?
The in-built backup battery ensures you receive notifications if the power is disconnected, and will last approximately 2 hours.
The GPS tracker is connected to constant power when it is installed, so it only uses its internal battery in the following circumstances:
- Battery is removed from the vehicle
- The power source to the GPS tracker is cut
Private Data - Where Is It Saved ?
All user, location and drive data is securely saved on the GPS devices own internal memory. Nothing is stored on the Cloud!
GPS Jammers and Blockers ?
Cheap jammers and blockers DO NOT block our GPS Tracker unit - only Military/Government grade equiptment is capable of doing this.
3G GPS Tracker ? Waste Of Money !
3G GPS Trackers are much cheaper and will work for now, but 3G is currently being phased out - so trackers that only support 3G will not work much longer. Not to mention the 4G network has better coverage!
Ongoing Fees ?
There are absolutely no ongoing fees or charges. The device is sold outright and has zero ongoing subscription fees. Simply purchase your own SIM card, which gives you the freedom to change phone provider or plan at any time.
SIM Card - Which One ?
Any mobile phone providers SIM card will work, as long as it supports 3G/4G.
Plan - Which Is Best ?
We recommend "long life" credit plans, where the expiry time can be up to 365 days.
Most mobile phone providers have similar plans available.
We recommend the Telstra Long Life Plus Pre-paid Plan which costs around $70 for 365 days.

Credit and Data - How Much Does It Use ?
The BLACKBOX PRO uses:
Data to track your vehicle - average amount used per month is 60-70MB
Video streaming - average amount used per month is unknown at this stage

Order Processing Times
Orders are normally shipped out within 3 business days of full payment being received, but occasionally there may be a short delay due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.

On average, orders shipped within Australia will be received within 7 business days from date of fulfillment/dispatch.
Insurance, Tracking + Lost and Damaged Items
Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives undamaged, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit.
Orders sent with Free postage as a Letter have no insurance or tracking. The buyer is liable for all lost or damaged items.
Orders sent as Regular and Express Parcels include tracking and insurance. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the buyer once order(s) are fulfilled. In the event of loss or damage, the seller will work with shipping couriers to recover and/or replace the products.

Faulty / Not As Described
If a buyer wishes to return products due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded in full.
Wrong Choice / Change Of Mind
If a buyer wishes to return products for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs will NOT be refunded, plus there is a return fee of 10% per product. For example: $29 product that costs $10 to post. ($29 - $10 postage - $2.9 restocking fee). Buyer will get a $24.10 refund once item is returned at the BUYERS COST.
