Distributor pricing will only be shown to approved distributor accounts when logged in; in addition to the retail prices that are always visible. Pricing is a guide only, and is subject to confirmation. Discounts are on the RRP, not the Sale price.

Distributor Terms and Conditions

HOLDCOM AUTO PARTS are pleased to offer Distributor pricing to businesses for a selected range of our products. Additional products may be available upon request. Please note the following terms and conditions:

Order Requirements:

A minimum order quantity of 5 units per product.
A minimum total order value of $999 AUD.

Pricing Information:

Pricing may vary depending on the product and order value.
Approved Distributors will have access to an account where distributor pricing is automatically displayed for available products.
Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms:

Payment must be made in full (100%) before orders are shipped. No credit terms are available.
We do not sell on consignment.

Stock and Shipping:

Currently, we have limited stock on hand; therefore, retail orders will be prioritized over distributor orders.
Larger quantities can be arranged with confirmed lead times and pricing.
Distributors are responsible for their own shipping costs and any other associated costs, including insurance, building rent, e-commerce fees, bank fees, etc.

Installation and Advertising:

Distributors are encouraged to offer and carry out installations in competent workshops.
Distributors must not advertise below our Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

Account Management:

Distributor accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed at any time without prior notice, if deemed appropriate by us.
